Where he is now :
Logan returned to the Mansion two years after the events of the movie, just in time to renew his friendship with Rogue and settle into a comfortable friendship at the mansion. Following the events of First Night, he remains the same complicated, gruff man. In love with his girlfriend Rogue, yet time and time again unable to reach her, Logan continues to become more and more frustrated with his helplessness in the increasingly volatile situation. |

Marie aka Rogue

Where she is now :
Having the personalities and memories of five very strongwilled people will do something to your character, and Rogue has emerged from even more of a sassy spitfire than she was as Marie. Still with the lethal touch, but inheriting both abnormal strength and the ability to fly, Rogue has become a full fledged team member of the team, and the youngest at that.
But the events of First Night have shown three major revelations about Rogue : a) she believes she is death incaranate and therefore has a hard time believing in faith and humanity, b) she can be VERY dangerous and is quite capable of killing when she is ticked off, and c) she's quite in love with Logan.
Despite her relationship with Logan, Rogue's fears and degradation continues to move forward, as is her constant doubt that the X-Men's approach will hold any water in the upcoming war.

Jean Grey

Where she is now :
One of the leading figures in the fight for mutant rights, Jean Grey has a harrowing task of keeping her public life, and private life, and her personal life from interfering with each other. Responsible for saving Cordelia's life and often credited as the heart of the X-Men, one wonders exactly when the exhaustion that has been building on one stressed Jean will burn itself out. |

Scott Summers aka Cyclops
Mutation: force beams that emit from his eyes

Cannot control the blasts of his eyes, engaged to Jean Grey.

Where he is now :
Cyclops strength is also his weakness, one that just may be overcome when instead of goggles, he begins to use contacts to keep the laser blasts from destroying everything, but his character is the same. Worried, tired and stressed for the future, Scott's relies on his team, and his undying love for his fiance, Jean, to bring the hope he desperately needs to face the upcoming war on mutants and demons alike. |

Torn between two lovers - Ororo Munroe has long harbored a fear of humans and enclosed places, a fear she had to face in First Night, and it resulted in her falling for one Wesley Wyndham Price, the remaining un supernatural human of Angel Investigations. Harboring feelings for her fleeting lover Remy Lebeau and Wesley, Storm is currently torn, and instead concrentrates on preparing for the panic that surely lies ahead. |

Charles Xavier is tired. Fighting for humanity and for the mutants has been draining, and now, he has finally lost hope in the last old friend he's had : Erik, aka Magneto. What lies in his future remains uncertain, as the world's most powerful telepath must come to terms with his own loss of faith in a friend, and the bitterness of a war torn future that he now faces. |

Where he is now :
Loving somone a little too late - that's Remy's story in a nutshell. Pining for Rogue did him no good when she was still in love with Logan, and it kept him from seeing his best friend, Storm in a different light.
Now, after a night of sex and a curious epiphany, Remy loves Storm, but her heart may have moved on to someone else. Never one for triangles, Remy has instead focused on the mission, and turning onto that path may have led him to yet another pair of willing arms.

Jubilation Lee aka Jubilee

Where is she now?
Jubilation Lee has not had much to do this series, yet. But that doesn't mean it won't change. Currently, she and Kitty are members of the team, but left behind when push comes to shove.
Kitty aka Shadowcat
Mutation: Can phase in and out of walls
Where is she now?
Kitty is Xavier's personal assistant, and a full fledged member of the X-Team, but not a starter, like Jubilee and Bobby.
Bobby aka Iceman, St. John aka Pyro, Hank aka Beast - they're there, not quite enough to be written about. not yet, anyway.

Angel

Occupation: Owner and operater of Angel Investigations

Where he is now :
Angel achieved his Shanshu in a fight with Angelus in First Night, but his fight is by no means over. Now, attempting to lead a normal life with longtime girlfriend Cordelia Chase, he still holds his amazing strength and heightened senses, which helps him aid his mutant girlfriend and the current champion in fighting the good fight.
But being human comes with its problems. Although he retains his vampire nature and strength, Angel is no longer as invulnerable, and his blessing may also become his curse.

Team Leader of Angel X - office manager and seer for Angel Investigations

Where she is now :
Now a mutant, empathic and still laden with mind numbing visions, Cordelia's burden is no less lighter. But the Powers that Be have given her a gift : a human Angel,and Cordelia, now feels she has something more to fight for.
The leadership of Angel X being handed to her has raised some eyebrows, but Cordelia remains firm, knowing that in the future, sticking together is the only hope they have.

Where he is now :
The only remaining human WITHOUT special abilities, Wesley faces an incredibly uncertain road ahead of him. Often thinking himself the fifth wheel, Wesley has no idea that his role in the coming apocalypse is so intense that Wolfram and Hart have forgotten all about Angel: and are coming for him instead. |

Winnifred aka Fred
Species: ex-human, mutant
Special Abilities: energy sparks flow from fingers
Occupation: Current Chamption of the TPTB, member of Angel X.

Where she is now :
Winnifred may not have a clue why she's taken Angel's burden, but it's not one she's taken lightly. As the new champion of the Powers that Be, Fred's goal to help the helpless occasionally causes her to stumble, and for that she's glad she has her friends, who continue to remain by her side. Her mutation helps, as does her relationship with fellow mutant and champion Gunn.
But with the PTB's increasingly far away, and the mutant troubles coming considerably closer to home, Fred's future as the Champion, and as a mutant are increasingly foggy.

Occupation: Current Guardian of Fred, member of Angel X.

Where he is now :
Charles Gunn gained a new calling, a new girlfriend and became a mutant in First Night. Now, Gunn is the Guardian, fighting for his love Fred, who is the new chosen champion of the Powers that Be. No longer homeless, he fights alongside his friends and family, to protect the city he loves and the crew who thinks left him behind. |

Occupation: Currently active 'Slayer', team member of Angel-X

Where she is now :
Faith's appearance in 'There Goes the World' sent a shake through Angel-X, and forever changed their relationship with their partners the 'X-Men'. Now, falling for one team member while sleeping with another, Faith continues to battle her nightmares of imprisonment, and her own hesitancy of working with a team she does not yet trust.

Lorne aka The Host - always there to provide the words of doom or joy with a sly smile and a cocktale, Lorne sees things coming before even 'Fate' does, but doesn't mind adding a little sense of humor to the whole thing.

Where he is now :
An holocaust survivor, Magneto believes that a war is brewing between humans and mutants, and he's most likely right, but his eagerness to jump the gun proved his downfall,when he made a deal with the devil : Darla and Drusilla, in an attempt to use the First Night to continue with this previous agenda of turning everyone into a mutant. The two vampires turned on him, and although he was rescued by the X-Men, he currently resides in jail, waiting for another chance. |

Darla
Species: vampire
Special Abilities: strength, vampire stuff

Where she is now :
Darla used Magneto and befriended Mystique during First Night, in an attempt to bring Angelus back and take over the world. Her plan backfired when Angelus, with no love lost, staked her when she tried to feed on Cordelia.
But she's been brought back from the dead before, no telling if Wolfram and Hart might try to bring her back again.

Where she is now :
Drusilla escaped alongside Mystique at the end of the events of First Night. Without Darla, no one is quite sure exactly how much danger the insane vampire is actually capable of, but she is still at large. |

Mystique

Special Abilities: Shapeshifter

Where she is now :
Mystique betrayed her lover Magneto when she bonded with the vampires Drusilla and Darla. Now, with her mentor dead, no one is sure what Mystique is capable of, but with an insane Drusilla by her side, anything is possible. |
Other Villains:
Sabretooth aka Victor Creed - the beast man is very, very dead, killed in First Night by Logan. No, seriously.
Wolfram and Hart - those bad ass Lawyers. You never know how THEY might play into the mutant world, but you better bet they're there, and they're watching, waiting for their chance to take their piece of the action.
