Teaser: When Gabrielle and Xena return from Egypt, they discover their best friend accused of a crime he didn't commit, and the Northern Amazon tribe on the brink of civil war. Now, Xena must stop a nation from tearing itself apart, and her best friends from going down with it.

Spoilers: Antony and Cleopatra, but most importantly, Kindred Spirits and Lifeblood.
Rating: Very, very R. This story has violence, many sexual situations, and can be considered borderline R / NC-17, depending on the reader. Please remember that. Although this story is not erotica, the nature and premise of the story lends itself to adult readers only.
Distribution: That Was Scary, Reality..., any other please, please ask. I have this thing where I usually say yes.
Genre: Gabrielle/Joxer, I guess.But remember, you shouldn't read this if that's all you want to get out of this.
Warning: Unlike many of my other stories, this story is very long, and very dark, and in some places could be considered a bit disturbing. There is Joxer-abuse, although this is from a Joxer fan, so it all has a purpose.
Notes: Although this story's primary "romance" is Gabrielle/Joxer, this story is far from being my run-of-the-mill regular Gab/Jox love fest. There are six primary characters, each heroes and villains in their own right, and each developed lovingly and tenderly.
